I strongly dislike how the officers had such little regard for the severity of her injury. You don’t sit her up, you apply pressure to the wound and secure the head and neck to keep it stable!

The fact the public idolizes law enforcement so much they can only see what they want. Unless she had kidnapped or killed someone there is zero excuse to chase in this scenario. Law enforcement can decide & it’s clear in this situation (and many others) they get triggered & ego takes over. No way you’ll convince me he was “protecting the public” especially after the “b” comment. That should tell you exactly what type of person (and officer) he is

head wounds tend to bleed really bad but she not dying or even close to it. although they should not of moved her in case of brain bleed or neck/ spine injuries

to anyone who is skeptical about cuffing the injured. i was like you. i thought it was wild and spiteful seeming. i have on the other hand seen and learned that perps in worse conditions pull guns and or knives. im not a cop but ive seen 100s of hours of body cam footage. ive seen a decent enough to know you're not really safe until those who offend are dead or cuffed. otherwise criminals will kill to buy a 10 minutes more of freedom. desperation breeds risk. those who run are already risking lives
