Something to consider: pools are SUPER expensive and annoying to maintain. We have one (and a toddler). Pool fence was about $3,500, but that’s a one-time thing. However, chemicals, pool robots, etc cost THOUSANDS. My husband takes care of ours several days a week. If you hired someone, pool guys are crazy expensive! Something to look into!

As a twin parent, pick something with bedrooms on the first floor. Ranch style way to go in my opinion. Otherwise, you have to take babies up and down the stairs.

#4 obviously so gorgeous back yard is stunning. #3 having two little apartments would be perfect for the twins when they are older so they can save money but have their own space

House 3. You could maintain a lot of privacy having a specific filming space outside of your house and later in life your twins can live on the property but have privacy lol.
