Morrocan oil shampoo and conditioner is the best thing iv ever used I lost mine with 2 of my kids started using it when I had my third and it’s healthier than it’s ever been definitely worth trying xx

I got one of those red light masks and started just setting it on top of my head and it helped sooo muchmuch with my pp hair loss. That and time. Your hormones will even back out but yeah it’s not totally what it used to be

I brush my hair at night before bed with a bamboo brush. I've had a LOT less shedding. I wasn't post partum but I had several surgeries and l was shedding from that. I use a lot of oils on my mid-ends with whatever I have on hand. But I ordered from Amazon a thing called: Ethereal Nature scalp care and it's been great.
