If leclerc doesn’t pit the car behind Kimi is on old hards. If you don’t pit Hamilton so that you don’t screw Leclerc the car behind Kimi is on old hard. This is the only way to have fresh tires for the restart to hold up Charles a little in the pit

With the old tyres, he would have lost the position immediately after the restart. I know it’s not easy to overtake at Monaco, but after a restart, with old tyres and on the straight, Lewis would have overtaken him anyway. So pitting was the right call. Stop inventing

Ferrari actually made the right strategy call here and protected a p2-p3 finish. Also, the only chance they had to win was to beat Kimi to turn one and you need fresh softs to do that. It’s really not that deep folks.
