Use ‘my ship tracking’ app to look at your ferry. Ferry hopper gave us the wrong delay time and we almost missed our ferry!

i would really advice to go 30 or 20 minutes before the departure time... we did 3 ferry rides the last days and there was really no reason to be there 1 hour before departure. there is nothing to do and you are just waisting your time (on the small islands).
