Deep flossing my teeth and wearing my mouth guard every night. This helps me sleep so much better because I grind my teeth. My 20 year old self would say that’s so unsexy. Your husband will hate it. 40 year old self says “that’s his problem”. 😏

My 20 yr old self would roast me for just about everything I do at this point. I sleep when I'm tired, regardless of what time it is. I wear nerdy glasses all day every day. I've stopped chasing men. And most embarrassing of all (to young me): I'm an elderly backpacker...yup one of those "old" folks that stays in a hostel dorm room when traveling. idgaf. Because embarrassing as it is, 42 yr old me is still broke. But I've learned how to make the most of what I have
