This is an extremely sad situation! This really is upsetting!! The US flat out doesn’t care enough! If the Netherlands can help homeless animals then why hasn’t the US done it??!! They implemented strict animal-welfare laws, mandatory sterilization, strong penalties for abandonment, and incentives for adoption over pet-store purchases.
