My surgeons instructions said to continue hygiene (do not skip brushing, even the first day) rather just avoid the incisions. So funny cause I did the same thing!! I used the guru nada brushes cause they are small and so it was less likely for me to hit my stitches back there. I added my regular toothpaste on it though, I like more lather.

I did the surgery like hours ago and I can’t open my mouth wide or I’m just scared . Anyway I’m just eating yogurt, ice-cream , should I brush today ?
