You’re partially correct tho not every time you enter as eager or clear into the relationship. That would be like very risky in some cases and needy. Don’t get me wrong there are times where you’re really in love not hardcore because you’ve known the person for a while or you’ve been lucky and it was first sight (very Hollywood-esque tho but let’s take that for the sake of the argument). That first sight is not always reciprocal and it has to be worked through some time and in the middle of that you can go for it or stretch it to have a great foundation.
