He is currently 74 years old, born in 1952 in the city of Najafabad, Isfahan. Moein began his artistic journey in his youth by reciting the Quran and singing ghazals by great poets, but it took only a single night for his fame to skyrocket! In 1978, with the release of the song "Yeki Ra Doost Midaram," he achieved massive fame throughout Iran and abroad. Following the revolution, Moein emigrated to the United States and released his first independent album in 1983.
