A muchos hombres les enseñaron desde muy temprano a aguantar. A proveer. A resolver. A seguir adelante aunque estén cansados. A guardar lo que sienten para no preocupar a nadie. Y así, poco a poco, muchos llegan a adultos sin saber con quién hablar cuando la vida pesa demasiado. La depresión en los hombres también existe, aunque muchas veces se esconda detrás del silencio, la distancia, el exceso de trabajo o el “yo puedo solo”. Por eso necesitamos mirar más allá del hombre que siempre resuelve. Preguntarle cómo está de verdad. Escucharlo sin juzgar. Hacerle saber que también tiene un lugar donde puede hablar.
