@amanda__.please: Chocolate Weet-Bix Lunchbox Slice: Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon tea or a little sweet treat. Soft, chewy and holds together well. Ingredients: 100g butter 1/3 cup honey 5 Weet-Bix, crushed 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt Topping: 100g milk chocolate 1 tbsp coconut oil Hundreds and thousands, to decorate Method: Preheat your oven to 170°C fan forced and line a 10”x10” square baking tin with baking paper. Add the butter and honey to a microwave-safe jug and heat until melted. Stir to combine. In a large bowl, mix together the crushed Weet-Bix, oats, coconut, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Pour the butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin. Place another sheet of baking paper over the top and use the bottom of a glass or measuring cup to press it down firmly. (Don’t skip this) Bake for 15 minutes. Melt the milk chocolate and coconut oil together, then pour over the slice. Sprinkle generously with hundreds and thousands. Refrigerate until set, then slice into squares. fyi, the coconut oil helps with slicing. Chocolate can crack when slicing without the oil.

You can use a chocolate icing instead of chocolate for a cheaper alternative.
