Something I don’t see people talking about enough ⬇️ “Intuitive eating” for me then, was having little snacks through the day and feeling full. I trained myself to eat very little and that’s what felt comfortable at that time. Was I healthy? Definitely not! **the reason I had muscle definition in my before videos was because I did previously workout - I got into the gym when I was 16 and was in pretty good shape but I fell off for almost two years (completely stopped watching my eating and hardly ever worked out with intent).  I had to force myself to eat the correct amount again and then take it one step further and eat MORE than maintenance amount. It was extremely difficult at first because you’re simply not used to eating that much. I gagged (sorry tmi) trying to get down every meal in the beginning, not because it was plain, gross food but because I was naturally “full” after three bites of a real meal.  Overtime my body adjusted and my stomach stretched, become used to that volume of food but it wasn’t easy in the beginning- it was actually disgusting quite honestly.  Things we do in life are hard and nothing is going to change that. I get messages all day about women struggling to gain weight and truthfully - for 99% of the cases, you simply just need to eat more. Nothing is wrong with you, you just need to eat more than what you’re probably comfortable with right now. Do it despite the difficulty, make the change and be healthy, it is literally the best feeling in the entire world.
