Im surprised that you don’t spend in marketing & ads for your business. I sell in Etsy and unless I start ads, I get almost zero orders per week. I’ve been considering Meta or Google ads to generate traffic to my website for the future but the cost is outrageous! I guess this is the power of social media, uh?
