guys before a fan meeting, security is actually really strict. before you even get close, they check your ticket + ID to make sure it matches, and your bags get searched like at a concert. you can’t just walk in with anything.
for gifts, fans usually don’t hand them directly to idols anymore—there’s a gift box or staff who collect everything first. they inspect it, and a lot of stuff is straight up banned (like food, liquids, electronics, or anything suspicious). even if it looks harmless, they can reject it.
during the actual fansign/meeting, staff are standing right there the whole time watching every interaction, and you only get a few seconds with the idol. if someone acts weird, they get stopped immediately.
this isn’t new either—because of past incidents, companies have tightened security a lot over the years, especially for big groups like ILLIT. so yeah i get why you’re worried, but these events are very controlled and they’re well protected, nothing is just left unchecked...
