I own 2 dealerships. I HATE taking deposits. I constantly have to battle to get them to finish the deal if they come back at all. 50% of the time they dispute the charge. I NEVER refund them. Everyone lies

I'm honestly surprised with the amount of business you do that you don't already have direct business relationships with a dealer or two for most major brands. It's good business for both sides. It's just crazy. Not putting that on you, dealerships are wild. I'd rather sell 10 cars a month to you than 10 random people that I have to cultivate a relationship with. Every good business knows that the value is in recurring customers not new acquisition.
