This changed how I see my income as a UGC creator 🤯 I used to think I just needed more brand deals. More emails, more outreach, more yes’s. Like if I just worked harder… it would all “click”. But it didn’t. Because I was already working with brands. I just wasn’t making enough from them. And I didn’t even realise it. Keep reading…  One of my clients has invested over £3000 in me over several months. Not because I went viral or did something crazy. I just kept working with them, going back, offering more, and staying in front of them. And then there was another situation. A brand came to me for one video. If I just delivered what they asked for, I would’ve made around £300. BUT I offered more. Extra content, more options, more value. And that one project turned into over £800. Same project. Same brand. Same me. Just a different approach. That’s when it really clicked. I didn’t need more clients. I needed to think differently about the ones I already had. Because brands you’ve already worked with know you. They’ve seen your work, they trust you, you’re already in. And instead of going back to them, I used to just move on like it was “done”. Meanwhile they still need content constantly. And if it’s not you, it’s someone else!! 🙂‍↕️ Now I always go back. I re-pitch, I follow up, sometimes straight after the collaboration ends. And it’s never as awkward as I thought. It’s actually normal. And then there’s this part. Offering more. I used to just do what they asked for. One video, done. But now I suggest extra videos, different versions, b-roll, content they can reuse. They don’t always say yes. But when they do, your income changes from the same opportunity. I used to overthink this a lot. Am I not annoying them? Now it’s just how I work. And it changed everything. You don’t always need more clients.
