Gen Z therapists are more likely to be up to date with their education, specially when it comes to patient interaction. Psychology is the type of career where you graduate, but never really get out of college bc of the sheer ammount of data coming out every month. At least that's what u r SUPPOSED to do.

Actually there is data to support this - therapists in that data had the best treatment outcomes within 5 years of graduating, then it declines. So, get a therapist who keeps up to date with the latest literature and changes in the field. This actually makes a difference!
