I’m 5”5, 175lbs, 38-40DD and I sized way down. The medium fits fine with decent compression, the large wasn’t very tight. I carry my weight all over and in my belly, so if you have hips and a butt it may be different. I just need compression for POTS and like how easy it is to access the restroom in this style.
