@tylerpath: The machine low row is pretty much made for training the lats. That said, if you feel it more in your biceps and forearms. You're likely not using the proper seat height. In that case, you should raise the seat height until your elbow makes a 90-degree angle at the top of the concentric when your shoulder is pulled back. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
