not all of them, some are made to just hold the chest, because as we’re aware their physiology is quite similar to us. Breasts have gravity, which means while doing physical activity they would likely hurt as small as na’vi breasts are. Some are made simply to make sure they aren’t caused pain, while still having their aesthetic!
