Save for your next at home takeaway meal☝🏼 •490 kcals per portion •37g PRO, 73g CHO, 6g FAT Serves 4: -240g of uncooked basmati rice -500g of uncooked chicken breast, sliced -1 tbsp of dark soy sauce -1 egg -Salt/pepper -60g of cornflour -2 tsp of olive oil -2 peppers, thinly sliced -3 cloves of garlic, minced -1 onion, roughly sliced -Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional) Sauce: -5 tbsp of reduced sugar ketchup -1 tbsp of dark soy sauce -1 tbsp of light soy sauce -2 tbsp of honey -1 tbsp of sriracha -Chilli flakes 1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt/pepper and mix with the egg. 2. Coat the chicken in the cornflour one at a time. 3. Drizzle with oil and air fry for 15-20 minutes at 180° C until the chicken is crispy. 4. Rinse the rice and cook according to packet instructions. 5. To a pan on medium heat, add the peppers, and garlic with a dash of water. Fry for a few minutes then add in the onions. 6. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. 7. Add in the cooked chicken into the pan and mix. Then, pour in the sauce and let this simmer for 5 minutes or so to thicken up. 8. Serve the chicken with the rice and garish with sesame seeds.
