Because it’s the high and dopamine of wanting to be chased or the high of the hunt. Ppl like that aren’t looking for love. They are looking for a fan base and a roster. They care more about the addiction of feeding their ego. Most of the time it’s because they have nothing to give so they are looking for ppl to fill the wholes they are deep inside of them. And it’s a cycle they repeat and never choose to break. And unfortunately ppl with good hearts get caught in the crossfires of the internal battle they have with themselves. Don’t matter what they tell you, you’ll never be the ONLY one they need or want. They are always looking for better. Even if they never find it.
