Honey Garlic Glazed Baked Salmon Ingredients: 6 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, about 5–6 oz each) 3 tbsp olive oil 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 5 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for depth) 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a rectangular baking dish. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them evenly in the baking dish, leaving a little space between each piece.
