No, in Oregon the PD was definitely out of line as well. Sure, they upheld trespassing, although they had zero interest in answering Ben’s inquiry regarding why their property could be held. Then when they held the lottery, that should’ve been addressed by the city attorneys office rather than continue to shoo them off the premises.
