The easiest ever recipe to make with toddlers/children! We made bunnies but any old shape will do 🐰 suitable from 6mo+ 1 x sheet ready made puff pastry 100g fruit (I used 70g fresh, 30g tinned and a tsp of the fruit juice from the tin) 1. Mash or finely chop your fruit 2. Cut out the shapes from your puff pastry (an equal number as half will be bases and the other half will be tops) 3. Scoop some fruit onto each base, cover with the top and gently push as many edges down as you can 4. Brush the tops with some beaten egg (optional) 5. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden on top 6. Leave to cool on a wire rack - make sure the fruit insides have cooled fully before serving You can sweeten the fruit mixture with honey* or sprinkle over some icing sugar if you need added sweetness. *⚠️ never give honey to under 1’s #toddlerbaking #blw #toddlersnacks #moonandrue
