Recipe: serves 4+ 4 Large White Potaoes, cut in wedges 1 Large Red Capsicum, Sliced 4-6 Lamb Forequarter Chops 800ml Tomato Passata 1 tbsp Chicken Stock 1 tbsp Onion & Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Dried Oregano 1 tsp Dried Mint 1 cup Water 2 tbsp Olive Oil Cover with wet baking paper and put in a 180 degree celcius fan forced oven for 1 hour.
