Gymnasts have high tendon strength though static holds not repetition, repetition damages tendons. 👍👍👍

You need time, nothing else
Ppl on gear tear tendons cuz tendons cant catch up with strenght gain that is not natural.
Thats why most tendon tears happen to ppl on gear

no. high reps will only course Metabolic stress on the tissue, the only way to stimulate tendons strength adaptations. is to put it through mechanical tension, this is only done by doing heavy resistance training. "flushing blood around" will not do any adaptations on anything, it has never shown to have any effects other than fatigue

high reps are mostly for tendon recovery rather than high repetition. Tendon strength is high weight partials and isometrics, same as in arm wrestling. High rep work is their recovery stuff.
