@mydisciplinedrive: Do each one for the duration of the video. 👇 I’ve been doing these movements every morning, and they’ve made a noticeable difference to my shoulder pain when I wake up. I’m not saying they’ll work for everyone, but if you’re stiff, achy, or feeling less mobile than you’d like, they’re definitely worth a try. The goal isn’t to become perfect. The goal is to become a little more nimble, move a little better, and take care of the body you’ve got. Here’s my routine: ✅ Lymphatic Hops ✅ Body Waves ✅ Trunk Twists ✅ Arm Swings ✅ Dead Arms ✅ Golf Swings ✅ Ballet Squats ✅ Marches ✅ Horseback Squats Just follow along and do each movement for the duration of the video. I am at the park. I got up early. I actually rode my bicycle to the park and did these exercises about four times. 🥰👈💯 I need energy to get back home on my bicycle. 😂👈 thank you for inspiring me to get my butt up. 🥰💪💪💪‼️

Just got told I have rheumatoid arthritis and I’m NOT accepting that 😁 so tired of dealing with non stop joint pain said all that to say IM GLAD I SAW THIS, I think I can handle this kinda work out to get my lymph system moving and some self discipline to take control back of my health & hopefully with pain through diet & lifestyle changes ❤️
