United States Congress the last time it declared war was during World War II first against the empire of Japan, then against Nazi Germany after it declared war on us and this under the constitution going back to the only other times, we have had such a situation during the Civil War when Lincoln and during World War I under Wilson no and then again under FDR United States Congress, since then has not issued a declaration of war you read the constitution under that declaration of war president becomes the real commander of military forces with certain responsibilities to protect in defend the people and the republic against all enemies foreign and domestic he is then given the powers to direct military forces of the United States of America against the the enemy by whatever means he has to accomplish that constitutional duty, he can do anything to achieve that under his powers, unless Congress meets and write certain corrections, which, as far as I know during war or fair openly declared by Congress they have ever done the president charges to protect behind the constitution of the United States that is his duty and execute his constitutively duties in order to accomplish that I don’t have enough pages to write down the impeachment violations. Donald Trump has openly in public and an actions committed. The only reason why he has not been impeached. He is his political party. Has had the powers under the constitution to prevent any such impeachment, which is incredibly difficult to accomplish without consensus, the controlling political parties, and Congress only the people have the power to change that under the constitutional provisions only the people in their right to vote can determine the Congress in and the presidency and there have been times when the people have come followed in mass and put such pressure publicly on the Congress to leave them no choice but to act apparently that’s what’s got to happen now an overwhelming vote in the coming election is the first debt right now the only way to get him out of office under the constitution other than not being able to run again as if there is a majority of that house and the Senate will vote for impeachment
