foods i eat that have helped me lose 25+ lbs & maintain it / build muscle for the past 2+ years ❤️‍🔥 PLS READ FIRST!!!!! I DO NOT DIET !!!!  i always preach this, although a lot of my diet does consist of protein, vegetables, & a lot of the time the same foods i try 2 enjoy everything in moderation because i DONT believe in cutting ANYTHING out. I intuitively eat, I do not count calories, AND AGAIN I TRYYYY 2 listen to my body.  it is not always easy. eating/food in general is a really touchy subject  for most and its still hard a lot of the time 4 me ima b so real but eating TO FEEL my best is has made the biggest difference 4 me. there are ups, and there are downs but i think food is genuinely one of the most important things in our lives FOR A MILLION reasons... what you put in your body, is what u get out (same w gym and exercise)… food is crucial for every aspect of life, and THAT IS WHY health is wealth. i love sharing inspo meals and foods i eat but the internet can be a very scary place lol… ik i can’t avoid it but like it genuinely HURTS me 2 see/ read comments that say or associate me with anything 3 D related because THAT is quite literally the opposite of my brand/ what i try 2 promote. if u have judgments on how I EAT or MY BODY please keep them to yourself. i’m not telling anyone to do what i do, i am simply SHARING my life. anywayssss sorry 4 the bible but yes this is me being vulnerable w yall and sharing.
