I have been a loyal Huawei user since 2018. 2018 I was using Huawei Huawei P20, then P30 lite 2019, 2020 I was using P40, 2022 Huawei nova 7i, then I used Huawei Y7, currently I just bought Huawei 14i nova and they said your phone no longer include earphone. I was disappointed to find that the nova 14i no longer includes earphones in the box. For years, Huawei phones came with earphones. Please reconsider this decision. Many loyal customers like me still need and expect earphones in the box. Removing them adds extra cost and inconvenience.🥺🥺🥺
