Oats do not break you out, & neither does avocado. Granola is fine in small amounts especially if you look for ones low in sugar. Coming from an acne prone girl.

Everyone’s skin is different, not everything you always list contributes to breakouts. I eat granola bars ? I don’t break out, I drink smoothies I make at home with water no milk added just fine. I didn’t realize everyone on this platform is a licensed nutritionist. 🤷🏽♀️
