@drdavidmorris: Could Your B12 Be the Wrong Type? Many people take vitamin B12 for nerve health, energy, and wellness support, but few realize there are different forms with different roles in the body. If you're dealing with neuropathy symptoms, numbness, tingling, or nerve-related concerns, understanding how nutrients are utilized may be just as important as checking your levels. Functional medicine often looks beyond standard lab ranges to explore factors that may impact nutrient absorption, methylation, and cellular health. The biggest breakthroughs sometimes come from asking a simple question: Is your body using what you're giving it? ⚠️ Educational content only. Not medical advice. Thank you. I did read that. I have MTHFR dual type as well as Sjogrens . I get the cheap cyanocobalamin and my neuropathy in my feet has increased over 100% in the last 8 years.

Dr. Morris, I was just prescribed Meloxicam for arthritis pain in my feet. I've heard it's hard on the stomach unless you eat before taking. I'm very leary about taking medications because of the side effects. I also have stomach issues already and diverticuli. What would your advice be on this?
