Know the feeling I was trying to get to 500 followers and did a quick video didnt think about it but it’s now at 43k views and when it blew up I suddenly had loss of comments and stuff which was hard to deal with those few days. But yes the negativity is hard so I’m trying to slow things down.

Wow Lana, totally get this. My son has additional needs including autism and PDA so we also go through the public meltdowns/violent outbursts and I can't imagine feeling like people who think they know me are are watching me and my family navigate that ❤️

Funny, I was thinking about this the other day and when I initially created this account I had zero expectations then my first couple of videos blew up and I became obsessed with growth and it wasn’t healthy. I’ve had this account 1 year exactly now and I’m happy where I am, I’ve found my community, I’ve found my people and for the most part it’s a very positive, safe space. If it grows, fantastic but I only want growth in a positive way. I’ve loved watching your videos, they have helped me change my outlook ☺️

When I started this account, I made a promise to myself: no matter how much it grew, I would never sacrifice my values to get there. My privacy was one of those values. You will never find me in my videos, and that was a conscious decision from day one. Back then, I had zero followers. But I knew that number wasn’t permanent. Growth was never my biggest concern. Staying true to myself as I grew was. Today, I’m grateful I chose the path I could still respect years later. My account is now over a year old, and one thing I’m most proud of is that I stayed true to the boundaries I set from the very beginning. Thank you Lana you are one of my favorite ❤️
