Just my thoughts but, I definitely would not have those pretty white, "jagged" marble chips anywhere near the bottom of my pool liner.. That's a puncture waiting to happen.

I have the same pool, but like the deep and shallow sides!🤣🤷🏻♂️🤣 Bought a much Bigger Pump, and switched to saltwater!💯😎💯

I’m sorry I see people doing this and it is a terrible idea. This puts a extreme amount of stress on the bottom and will eventually rip the pool

I cut a pool noodle and put it on the edge of the block on the each block that could potentially hit the bottom edge of the pool.

as you dropped it back down you can see the rocks now under it that will eventually put a hole in the liner
