all i have was 1 door, everytime i knock he opens it and every door was nothing but test and trial after trial. allah knows i never stop knocking, soo everytime the door opens he allow me to go through it due to my impatient. but allah never fail to shade me through out the path i choose

Pray infront of that door in such a way your back facing it if it disappear it wasn't meant for you and if it's still there then pray for it more and then knock again pray again until that door finally disappear or open by itself

You never know if a door is either closed or open. You can keep praying and since you are, Allah might eventually make you leave the closed door. But never stop praying since you never know if the door was kept closed for a brief moment to see whether or not you try to open it.
