Nutella brioche🍫🍞🤎 Dough: ¾ cup warm whole milk (180g) 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (7g) 3¼ cups bread flour (400g) (all purpose is still fine) 3 tbsp milk powder (30g) ¼ cup sugar (50g) 1 tsp salt 1 egg 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla (4g) 4 tbsp softened butter (50g) Filling: Nutella For brushing: 1 egg Melted butter after baking Instructions: Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast together and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. Then mix in the bread flour, milk powder and salt. Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then add the softened butter little by little until fully combined. Keep kneading until the dough becomes smooth, soft, and stretchy. Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in size. Divide the dough into equal pieces. Flatten each piece, add scoop of nutella in and fold halfway, pinch the seams tightly closed and cut strips into the remaining half, lay each strip over the top,Place them into a baking tray side by side. Cover and let them rise again until puffy. Brush the tops with beaten egg. Bake until golden brown on top and soft in the center.
