It takes time to get comfortable installing it, even wigs that don’t need glue and you can throw on take some practice adjusting to your head. If you still have bio hair, I recommend looking into a velvet wig grip. I got diagnosed with alopecia and have been wearing this wig for a few months now. Took practice but now it blends pretty well!
