I worked right out of highschool at a papermill with open overtime as a forklift operator and had no prior experience I was just an 18year old manager at a sub shop looking for something more fun but I worked 112 hours a week for 3 months straight, overtime was double pay ,I was making $27.68 an hour at base pay so I had the most money but everyone knew it so I became the friend that friend that always paid for everything and I didn't try to hide it I liked taking care of my people, I was a lot to put up with, I was very spontaneous because I only had 8hours off between shifts at 16 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays so to still see friends I had to say I'd pay to feel like I was worth hanging out with, like I might as well be good for something and I started showing appreciation through spending money and financially wreckless and go on adventures and I'd by a new car with each paycheck and occasionally save two or so to get a nicer car
