I get buuuuged when im overwhelmed and my husband says to just stop being upset and calm down. and im like well maybe if people started supporting me instead of blaming me for every unmet need in their lives, I wouldnt be so damn cranky 😂

ive struggled with undiagnosed depression my whole life and after my 2nd, my emotions have just been going wild. im 2.5 years post partum and my depression took a quick turn for the worse and im happy to say I finally got the help I need and am on my way up. I havent felt this mentally sound in ages and it is a great feeling
