Your psych team should be urging your medical team to run an extremely full medical diagnostic work up. If they’re not I’m so sorry. They’re failing you. There’s a laundry list of things this could be. Autonomic dysfunction, bowel disease, mast cell activation syndrome, etc etc. Underlying untreated medical issues cause psychiatric behaviors. This poor girl. I’m so sorry for what you’re going through.

Im a child and adolescent psychiatrist in Poland. Here’s a list of meds we use for kids with similar behaviors: risperidone, aripirazole, valproic acid, lamotrigine, haloperidol, quetiapine, hydroxizine, clonazepam, lorazepam, methylphenidate, atomoxetine, clonidine, guanfacine, chlorpromazine, levomepromazine (non FDA app), tiapride (non FDA app), chlorprothixene (non FDA app) clozapine, lurasidone, amisulpride, zuclopenthixol, pregabalin. Those are the ones off the top of my head, im sure i missed some. We try them in different combinations till we find something that works. Sometimes we have to adjust or switch with time. I’m sending you all the love from Poland.
