They told me the price list was old and not updated. I ended up paying MYR 200+ instead of the stated MYR 100 stated in the price list. The whole experience was bad. They didn’t show me the menu nor give me any explanation of the treatment. They just give me the price of scalp and hair treatment proceed with the treatment. When I saw the menu at payment, they say that menu was outdated and that the price stated in it was a one step treatment while they gave me a 3 step treatment. Very different experience from what you had

I went to KSL and 1 of the "famous" salon quote me rm879 for hair dye and trimming. no diff from SG. I left and was smirked by the staff
