Ağ Şəhər, a VERY VERY rich place a little close to the city, filled with white mansions and the richest coffers of Azerbaijan. Sea Breeze, the second Dubai. Sea Breeze has around 10000 people living there that it is officially a settlement, with an UNBELIEVABLY CHEAP MANSIONS, and also a very beautiful and clean sea.
