Ordered a dress from here July 13th for a wedding I had July 25. Paid 15 dollars for express shipping. It’s been stuck in Indianapolis since the 18th and it still hasn’t been delivered.

Yesss I also got stuck with their AI for about a month, it did work out at the end but it was a bit frustrating

I feel like a lot of my online purchases recently (doesn’t matter the store) have been very strange. Either weird or no tracking updates, insanely long deliveries. I live in Missouri, so most distribution centers are here and it will still take a month.
