Definitely issues on both sides. It wouldn't be very fair having to pay postage twice for your mistake and you are reading all of her messages in a tone where you don't actually know how she meant them particularly in the beginning.

i sell and buy on vinted and honestly the buyer hasn't come across that rude, they just seen very communicative/persistent. it was ur mistake to send the wrong item (it happens), now they need to post it back and wait for u to upload the item that should've been sent just to buy it again. they said they needed it asap too, so I would've listed it immediately and reduced the price, it's not an absurd request and it's the least I could do to make better the mistake. yes the buyer sends a lot of messages and it came be annoying but it could've been worked through

Girl i feel like you took this so wrong. I would have just refunded for the mistake and if she wanted to buy the brown or whichever she would have had to order again but only pay once. Whenever i make a mistake i always just refund the buyer but has to be genuine mistake my end. Totally get where ur coming from too ofc

You make it so difficult. One seller send me wrong item , she send me return postage label and send the correct item not waiting for the wrong one return. Was genuine mistake and she make everything possible to resolve it.

surely u have a local post office as they take DHL parcel and u don’t need a print as i don’t have a printer and use all shipping couriers all i need is a qr code and they all provide that code and i ship all DHL at the post office and relay at the evri drop off and inpost at my yodel drop off
