I’m also ADHD AF. Make “lists” on the shopping app, example “2026 wish list” add all the shit you want to your list, store it there, not in your cart. I complete 20 tasks, I get something off my wish list. It’s works wonders for me

Swiping my library card to checkout a book gives me the rush I need and it’s helped me a lot. When I want to walk to a store I try and go to the library and even if I don’t read the book lol
