Hi Gabby! You came across my feed about 3 weeks ago. Even though I’m 54 and married 🤣 I began your bridal arm circuit. I have had shoulder issues for years and stopped really working my arms beyond the basics. I’ve also struggled with my back. Can I tell you… after the first round, which I did body weight initially, then transitioned to 4 lb weights my back is so much tighter! My arms are already visibly stronger. 💜 Last night I picked up wrist weights at 1.5 lbs each and 3 lb dumbbells. I felt the lower weight would be better for my shoulders.
