are you able to clarify what you mean by 1:1 proportion for the pita? bc to me that would mean 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup flour, 1 cup salt, but it looks like you may have used 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup flour and a tbl or tsp salt.
