@lagreefitbyheather: Official Lagree Move of the Week: Reverse Night Hawk on Knees @seb recently updated the form for this move and it’s a game changer! Keeping the rotation small range motion a fantastic way to keep the whole body integrated while staying in that side plank on the carriage. Sound on for cues! 🔥Resistance: 1 light spring 🔥Duration: Starts at a minute 🔥Form/Alignment: Start in a reverse kneeling side plank with shoulders over elbow on the carriage, hips in line with shoulders and knees stacked on the front platform. Bring the top hand behind the ear with elbow to the ceiling. Slowly begins to lift the hips up slightly to allow the carriage to move a few inches at the same time the elbow rotates towards the carriage. Extend the carriage back out at the same time elbow extends back up. Keep the hips pointing to the side of the room and lifted and prevent collapsing into the shoulders. 🔥Pairing: Reverse Kneeling Side Plank, Reverse Kneeling Side Plank with Oblique Twist, Reverse Kneeling Side Plank Pulse 🔥Tempo: You must go slow, starting at a 4 count- not seconds! 💫Modifications: Perform on the feet for more of a challenge, extra spring for extra support in the front Thoughts?!
